From a young age, Katherine knew she was destined for entrepreneurship. Growing up as a first-generation child in a family that faced financial challenges, she found herself filled with a deep desire to give back—not just to her family, but also to her community and to God. What began as a modest venture selling cocadas, a beloved treat she shared with family and friends, soon became the seed of something much bigger: a business built on heart, dedication, and a commitment to uplifting those around her.
As Katherine’s dream grew, so did her understanding of the needs in her local community. Recognizing the gaps that many businesses in the Central Valley faced when sourcing quality products, she expanded her vision. In September 2022, she officially launched Katalina’s Distribution, a company rooted in her passion for entrepreneurship and her unwavering belief in the power of community.
Today, Katalina’s Distribution is more than just a business; it’s a Central Valley phenomenon. From humble beginnings, Katalina’s venture now serves as the backbone for many local businesses, connecting them with the products they love—from traditional snacks like Sabritas to the ever-popular Chicharrón. What sets Katalina’s Distribution apart is not only the quality of its offerings but the values it’s built on: trust, commitment, and the desire to see others succeed.
